Nightmare Infinitum Guide (Voyage of Wonders)

The new realm in Voyage of Wonders is coming and it’s called Nightmare Infinitum and I actually enjoyed playing through it. Neither the storyline or the setup of the realm is much outstanding but I liked the basic idea and the catch behind it.

Nightmare Infinitum General & Rewards

So basically you will follow Vincent coming home, going to sleep and then through different stages of his dream. As always, I don’t spoiler anything of the storyline in my guide so feel free to use it if you want to go through the storyline yourself.

Let’s talk about the rewards in Nightmare Infinitum… you probably guessed it, it’s again the stage in the rewards cycle that will reward with 10x Time Emblems instead of Stargazing Cards.

The good news is that there are also 2000x Diamonds in it as well as the usual coins, shards and soulstones as you can see above.

I mean the rewards aren’t bad, especially considering that Nightmare Infinitum is not a tough Voyage of Wonders realm. Stash them up, at one point it will be useful to get the hero.

Nightmare Infinitum Walkthrough

As always, you will find a full walkthrough for the realm here. With that being said, let’s not waste any more time and jump right into the walkthrough for Nightmare Infinitum.

Please mind that I don’t mention every Golden Chest that you need to collect individually. If you see one, take it 🙂

By the way, if you have problems please also check out my bi-weekly updated tier list of heroes (with Signature Item, Artifact, Furniture and Engraving recommendation) here that could give you some hints what heroes are good or maybe also my guide on the best teams in AFK Arena here.

Step 1 – after the introduction conversation that basically describes Andersson coming home, clear the two camps in the city (1 & 2) and then click on Andersson’s place (3). This will kick off the storyline and get you into his dreams which is basically the next section of Nightmare Infinitum.

Step 2 – you will find yourself in between a load of boss camps and there’s no way you will win this so just select one and lose it (1). No worries, your heroes used will not really die but Andersson will wake up and realize that he was in a dream.

The good news is that the city gates are now open so you can go north. Clear the camps you see there and collect the Golden Chests (also the ones located left and right) until you will reach his home village where you first talk to the stranger before taking a rest (2). This will now send Andersson to his dreams again.

In the next dream you clear the camp and take the Golden Chest and then move down the prism on the tracks before you will use the left cannon (3).

Step 3 – then move the prism on the tracks to the upper position right next to the cannon (1) before using the cannon to destroy itself. Then put Andersson to rest and it will make him wake up again (2) and you will find yourself in the previous section. As Andersson wasn’t able to catch sleep there neither, proceed to the left of the map and occupy the cabin (3):

Step 4 – welcome to the next step of Andersson’s dreams in Nightmare Infinitum. Use the cannon directly located at the entrance (1) to break through the barrier and go to the left. Then use the next available cannon there as well (2). repeat that same with the cannon on top (3) and you will be able to collect the Crystal Chest with the 2000x Diamonds reward.

Step 5 – walking up you will find yourself back at the previous island and a transformation is happening where you will get the new Ezizh hero into your roaster. Now you can also attack the camps below you (1). Then fight the final boss fight and you’ll be able to collect the final Crystal Chest and, unless you haven’t forgotten to collect any Golden Chest you’ve successfully finished Nightmare Infinitum.

Last question, did Andersson dream all the time or not – this is a real good question that kept me thinking for a couple minutes 🙂
